The Prohibition of Marrying Female Orphans Without Giving a Dowry
وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تُقْسِطُوا فِي الْيَتَامَىٰ فَانكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ ۖ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَلَّا تَعُولُوا
And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan-girls then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.
اور اگر تم یتیم لڑکیوں سے بے انصافی کرنے سے ڈرتے ہوتوجوعورتیں تمہیں پسند آئیں ان میں سے دو دو تین تین چار چار سے نکاح کر لو اگر تمہیں خطرہ ہو کہ انصاف نہ کر سکو گے تو پھر ایک ہی سے نکاح کرو جو لونڈی تمہارے ملک میں ہو وہی
سہی یہ طریقہ بے انصافی سے بچنے کے لیے زیادہ قریب ہے
☀☀ Brief Explanation (Tafseer) ☀☀

وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي الْيَتَامَى فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاء…
And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry (other) women of your choice,
Allah commands, when one of you is the caretaker of a female orphan and he fears that he might not give her a dowry that is suitable for women of her status, he should marry other women, who are plenty as Allah has not restricted him. Read the rest of this entry

Narrated Samurah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. – [Sunan Abu Dawood, 1556]
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The neighbour is most entitled to the right of pre-emption, and he should wait for its exercise even if he is absent, when the two properties have one road. – [Sunan Abu Dawood, 1557]
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As: Mujahid said that Abdullah ibn Amr slaughtered a sheep and said: Have you presented a gift from it to my neighbour, the Jew, for I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) say: Gabriel kept on commending the neighbour to me so that I thought he would make an heir? – [Sunan Abu Dawood, 2446]
Malik related to me from Ibn Shihab from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “No one should prevent his neighbour from fixing a wooden peg in his wall.” Then Abu Hurayra said, “Why do I see you turning away from it? Aa’isha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates in Sahih Al Bukhari V2/B 15/no.70]:
It was the day of ‘Id, and the Black people were playing with shields and spears; so either I requested the Prophet (peace be upon him) or he asked me whether I would like to see the display. I replied in the affirmative. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) made me stand behind him and my cheek was touching his cheek and he was saying, “Carry on! O Bani Arfida,” till I got tired.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) asked me, “Are you satisfied (Is that sufficient for you)?” I replied in the affirmative and he told me to leave.

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) always kept his smile with his wives and he used to laugh and please them to make them laugh as well. With all the troubles around him, he used to take his wife Aisha, to the desert and say, “Aisha, lets race!” And she used to race him and win. So, he kept on feeding her meat for a whole week, so she would unassumingly gain weight, until he took her again to the desert and said, “Aisha, let’s race!” At that time, he won and said to her, “This time I won!”.

The Prophet Muhammad (Sallalahu alaihe wasalam) said; “No prayer is harder for the hypocrites than the Fajr and the ‘Isha’ prayers and if they knew the reward for these prayers at their respective times, they would certainly present themselves (in the mosques) even if they had to crawl.” The Prophet added, “Certainly I decided to order the Mu’adh-dhin (call-maker) to pronounce Iqama and order a man to lead the prayer and then take a fire flame to burn all those who had not left their houses so far for the prayer along with their houses.”

2. رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

Rabbana wa-j’alna Muslimayni laka wa min Dhurriyatina ‘Ummatan Muslimatan laka wa ‘Arina Manasikana wa tub ‘alayna ‘innaka ‘antat-Tawwabu-Raheem
Our Lord! Make of us Muslims, bowing to Thy (Will), and of our progeny a people Muslim, bowing to Thy (will); and show us our place for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in Mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful

3. رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil ‘akhirati hasanatan waqina ‘adhaban-nar
Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the chastisement of the fire [The Holy Quran, 2:201]

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْراً وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى القَوْمِ الكَافِرِينَ

Rabbana afrigh ‘alayna sabran wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna ‘alal-qawmil-kafirin
Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance, make our foothold sure, and give us help against the disbelieving folk [The Holy Quran, 2:250]
5. رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا

Rabbana la tu’akhidhna in-nasina aw akhta’na

Unseen Knowledge of the Prophets of Allah swt
Question and answer concerning to ilm-ghaib (unseen Knowledge) of prophets and relevant quranic verses/Ahadees prooving ilm-ghaib (unseen Knowledge):
Q) How can you say that Muhammad (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) has been given the knowledge of the Ghayb when Allah Almighty says in the Qur’an that there are five things of which no one has any knowledge about?
The relevant verse of the Qur’an is as follows:-
“Undoubtedly, Allah has the knowledge of the Hour, and He sends rain and knows what is in the wombs of the mothers and no soul knows in what land it will die. Undoubtedly, Allah is the Knower, All Aware”. (Surah Luqman Verse 34)
There are two answers to this:
The word used in this verse in Arabic is Adri, which refers to that knowledge which someone can attain by guessing. Of course the knowledge of the Unseen of the Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) was not by guessing. Allah informed this to him.
Hafidh Ibn Kathir (who met and briefly studied with Ibn Taymiyya) has written in his famous commentary to the Qur’an, ‘Tafsir Ibn Kathir’, the meaning of this ayaat, namely, that no-one can find the knowledge of these things on there own endeavor. Only Allah can give this knowledge, for example Allah gives knowledge to the angels whose duties are to control rain, and therefore on the command of Allah it rains. Read the rest of this entry

Universe; a small sample of the Power of Almighty Allah
Subhan Allah, how we are small against the Power of Allah swt. and with this small body how cruel, egoist… we are! still with all these Signs we are obeying of our devil desires, and we are not submitting our will to the owner of this whole Universe which we are too much small part of it, Allah says in the Noble Quran,
“Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes; and He is the Knowing Creator. His command is only when He intends …a thing that He says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.” ( The Holy Quran 36:81-82),
“Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We separated them, and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?” ( Holy Quran 21:30),
It is mentioned in the Quran:
“He (God) is the Originator of the heavens and the earth…” (Holy Quran 6:101)
“Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes; and He is the Knowing Creator. His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.” (Holy Quran 36:81-82),
“Do not the unbelievers see that the skies (space) and the earth (matter) were joined together (as one unit of creation) and we ripped them apart?” [The Holy Quran 21:30]

“It is not the eyes that are blind, but the Hearths.”

SEVEN BELIEFS OF IMAN
(1) Belief in the Oneness of Allah (swt).
(2) Belief in His Angels.

The Identity in the Fingerprint mentioned in the Noble Quran
[The Holy Quran, Chapter: 2 , Verse: 19]
Or, like (those who, under) a cloudburst from the sky with darkness, thunder and lightning, they thrust their fingers in their ears at the sound of every thunderclap for fear of death, and Allah encompasses the unbelievers.

Each time I called them so that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers in their ears and wrapped themselves in their garments, and persisted becoming very proud.

THE IDENTITY IN THE FINGERPRINT
Yes, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. (The Holy Qur’an, 75:4)
The emphasis on fingerprints has a very special meaning. This is because shapes and details on everyone’s fingerprint are unique to each individual. Every person who is alive or who has ever lived in this world has a set of unique fingerprints. Furthermore, even identical twins having the very same DNA sequence have their own set of fingerprints.105
Fingerprints attain their final shape before birth and remain the same for a lifetime unless a permanent scar appears. That is why fingerprints are accepted as a very important proof of identity, exclusive to their owner. The science of fingerprints has been used as a non-erring identity determination method.
However, what is important is that this feature of fingerprints was only discovered in the late 19th century. Before then, people regarded fingerprints as ordinary curves without any specific importance or meaning. However in the Qur’an, Allah points to the fingertips, which did not attract anyone’s attention at that time, and calls our attention to their importance. This importance has only been fully understood in our day.
attahiyat u lilahi wasalawat u watayi batu? (The whole tashhud & Its meaning)
The whole tashhud is as follows in phonetic:
At-Tahiy-yatu lil-lahi was-salawatu wat-tay yibatu, As-Salamy ‘alika ay-yuhan-nabiy-yu wa rahma tullahi wa barakatu, As salamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibadil-la his-saliheen , Ash hadu al la ilaha illal lahu, wa ash hadu an-na Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluh
The translation is as follows:
All compliments, all physical prayer , and all monetary worship are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah . I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad (peace be upon him ) is his slave and Messenger.
The meanings of individual words that you asked for is as follows:
At-Tahiy-yatu = All compliments
lil-lahi = are for Allah
was-salawatu = all physical prayer
wat-tay yibatu = and all monetary worship.

Do you know background of ATTA’HIYYAAT, as to why we recite it in every prayer?
Attahiyyaat is a very important ‘Dua’ we repeat it in our daily prayers. When I learnt the importance of this, it melted my heart.
Attahiyat is actually a part of conversation between Our Creator Allah SWT and our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu’alayhi wasallam during his journey of Al Isra Wal Miraj.
When Prophet Muhammad Sallalahualayhiwasallam met Allah SWT, he didn’t say ‘Assalam aleikum’. What is someone going to say when he meets Allah ? We can’t wish HIM peace because ALL sources of peace are through HIM.
So Prophet Muhammad Sallalahualayhiwasallam said:
“Attahiyyaatu Lillahi Was Salawatu Wattayyibatu” (All compliments, all prayer and worship are for Allah)
Allah replied:
“Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhannabiyyu ‘Warahmatullahi Wabarka’tuhu” (Peace be upon you, Oh Prophet and Allah’s Mercy and Blessings).
To this, Prophet Muhammad sallalahualayhiwasallam replied:
“Assalamu Alaina Wa’ala’Ibadillahis Saa’liheen” (Peace be on us and on all good slaves of Allah)
*Note* Prophet Muhammad sallalahualayhiwasallam included “us” in his reply… (and on all good slaves of Allah)
And listening to this conversation between Allah and His Messenger sallalahualayhiwasalam, the Angels said:
“Ash’had’u’un La ilahaillallahu Wa Ash’hadu Anna Muhammadun Abd’uhu Wa Rasooluh”
(I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah And I bear witness that Muhammad is His Messenger).

Smoking is one of the things which has caused a lot of problems and harm these days and it has spread like wild fire. Before we discuss this topic in detail, we should know that Allaah the Almighty has divided things in the world into two types, good or permissible (al-tayyibaat, al-halaal) and evil or prohibited (al-khabaa’ith, al-haraam), and there is no third type. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning) in [The Holy Qurann, Surat al-A’raaf (7:157)]:
“And He makes good things halaal for them and bad things haraam.”
Considering this fact, smoking can either be permissible and good or prohibited and evil.

Loving those who loves Allah swt ♥
Be angry, you have that right. Be hurt, that is your right also.
Cry, whatever helps. But don’t forget that Allah is all Merciful and everything works according to His plan.
There is no a tear that falls that He doesn’t see. Innocence may be lost and hearts may be broken, but Allah will mend them all with His love. Prayer works faster than cursing those that have hurt you.
Turn to Allah and ask Him to comfort you. For now, that’s all we can do. One day justice will be served. Patience (Sabr) is a virtue. If anyone behaves insolently or walks with an arrogant, he will meet Allah Almighty covered with His anger.And be patient when people harm you…Then the ego will walk the paths of obedience, like a fleeing horsemanin the field of battle. Be careful.
Do not hurt or abuse anyone, whether it be verbally, Physically or mentaly.You never know what other person might feel and to what extent, and remember Allah(سبحانه وتعالى)does not forgive sins committed against human rights until that person whom the sin was committed against forgives you.
Description of Hellfire: The Food of Hell
Allah (swt) says: “For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant, which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger” [Qur’an, 88:6-7]. The food will neither nourish nor taste good. It will only serve as a punishment to the people of Hell.
The food is further described here. The people WILL be eating and drinking in Hellfire to satisfy their hunger and thrist:
“Indeed, the tree of zaqqum, is food for the sinful. Like murky oil, it boils within bellies, like the boiling of scalding water.” [Qur’an, 44: 43-46]
and “Is Paradise a better accommodation or the tree of zaqqum? Indeed, We have made it a torment for the wrongdoers. Indeed, it is a tree issuing from the bottom of the Hellfire, its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils. And indeed, they will eat from it and fill with it their bellies. Then indeed, they will have after it a mixture of scalding water.” [Qur’an, 37: 62-67]
and “Then indeed you, O those astray [who are] deniers, will be eating from trees of zaqqum, and filling with it your bellies, and drinking on top of it from scalding water, and will drink as the drinking of thirsty camels.” [Qur’an, 56: 51-55]
So can you imagine what this tree will be like? The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “If a drop from zaqqum were to land in this world, the people of earth and all their means of sustenance would rot. So how must it be for one who must eat it?” [Tirmidhi]
The True Love which will never disappoint you ♥!
The only true love which is able to fill our hearts with complete happiness is the love of Allah!
Nationalism is a concept alien to Islam
because it calls for unity based on family and tribalistic ties, whereas Islam binds people together on the `Aqeedah, that is belief in Allah (swt) and Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Islam calls for the ideological bond.
Grouping the Muslims on tribalistic lines is clearly forbidden. It is narrated by Abu Da’wud that the Messenger of Allah (saaw) said, “He is not one us who calls for `Asabiyyah, (nationalism/tribalism) or who fights for `Asabiyyah or who dies for `Asabiyyah.”
And in another Hadith, the Messenger of Allah (saaw) referring to nationalism, racism, and patriotism said:
“Leave it, it is rotten.” [Muslim and Bukhari] and in the Hadith recorded in Mishkat al-Masabith, the Messenger of Allah (saaw) said, “He who calls for `Asabiyyah is as if he bit his father’s genitals”
Also, the Messenger of Allah Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, narrated by At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud,
“There are indeed people who boast of their dead ancestors; but in the sight of Allah they are more contemptible than the black beetle that rolls a piece of dung with its nose. Behold, Allah has removed from you the arrogance of the Time of Jahiliyyah (Ignorance) with its boast of ancestral glories. Man is but an Allah-fearing believer or an unfortunate sinner. All people are the children of Adam, and Adam was created out of dust.”
Also, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,
“Undoubtedly Allah has removed from you the pride of arrogance of the age of Jahilliyah (ignorance) and the glorification of ancestors. Now people are of two kinds. Either believers who are aware or transgressors who do wrong. You are all the children of Adam and Adam was made of clay. People should give up their pride in nations because that is a coal from the coals of Hell-fire. If they do not give this up Allah (swt) will consider them lower than the lowly worm which pushes itself through Khara (dung).” [Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi] Read the rest of this entry
Kind Treatment Towards Animals in Islam
Hadith 1) Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah’s Messenger(peace be upon him) said, “A prostitute was forgiven by Allah, because, passing by a panting dog near a well and seeing that the dog was about to die of thirst, she took off her shoe, and tying it with her head-cover she drew out some water for it. So, Allah forgave her because of that.”
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الأَزْرَقُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ، سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ” غُفِرَ لاِمْرَأَةٍ مُومِسَةٍ مَرَّتْ بِكَلْبٍ عَلَى رَأْسِ رَكِيٍّ يَلْهَثُ، قَالَ كَادَ يَقْتُلُهُ الْعَطَشُ، فَنَزَعَتْ خُفَّهَا، فَأَوْثَقَتْهُ بِخِمَارِهَا، فَنَزَعَتْ لَهُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ، فَغُفِرَ لَهَا بِذَلِكَ “.

Hadith 2) Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “A woman was tortured and was put in Hell because of a cat which she had kept locked till it died of hunger.” Allah’s Messenger(peace be upon him) further said, (Allah knows better) Allah said (to the woman), ‘You neither fed it nor watered when you locked it up, nor did you set it free to eat the insects of the earth.”
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ” عُذِّبَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فِي هِرَّةٍ حَبَسَتْهَا، حَتَّى مَاتَتْ جُوعًا، فَدَخَلَتْ فِيهَا النَّارَ ـ قَالَ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ ـ لاَ أَنْتِ أَطْعَمْتِهَا وَلاَ سَقَيْتِهَا حِينَ حَبَسْتِيهَا، وَلاَ أَنْتِ أَرْسَلْتِيهَا فَأَكَلَتْ مِنْ خَشَاشِ الأَرْضِ “.

Shaykh al-Al-lamah Muhammed Al-BAKKALI Passed away
Shaykh al-Al-lamah: Muhammed Al-BAKKALI, one of the greatest Muhaddithins (One who knows all the sayings of Muhammad Hadith by heart – or at least 200 thousand hadiths are needed to get this title) in the world. He is from the city of Tanger-Morocco. From this famous hadith scholar learned and graduated more than 1000 scholars of Hadith, from Morocco and outside Morocco.
He lived 100 years.
