Rights of a Muslim on one another… Everyone should be aware

Aslamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.. Please Read and Share

Abu Huraira(RA) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Six are the rights of a Muslim over another Muslim. It was said to him: Allah’s Messenger, what are these? Thereupon he said:

-When you meet him, offer him greetings.
-When he invites you to a feast accept it.
-When he seeks your council give him.
-When he sneezes and says: “Alhamdulillah – All praise is due to
Allah” and you say ,”YarhamukAllah -may Allah show mercy to
-When he falls ill visit him.
-When he dies follow his bier.

[Sahih Muslim Book 026, Hadith Number 5379]

Narrated by Anas(RA) , Allah’s Apostle(pbuh) said, “Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or an oppressed,” A man said, ” O Allah’s Apostle! I will help him if he is oppressed, but if he is an oppressor, how shall I help him?” The Prophet said, “By preventing him from oppressing (others), for that is how to help him.”

Sahih Bhukari Volume 9, Book 85, Number 84

Allah’s Apostle(pbuh) said, “Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him.

Sahih Bukhari , Volume 3, Book 43, Number 629

Allah’s Apostle(pbuh) said, “A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection .
